Does Odoo support ZATCA Phase 2 e-invoicing in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. As of October 2026, Odoo's Saudi Arabia localization includes an e-invoicing module (l10n_sa_edi) for ZATCA Phase 2 integration, with clearance for B2B invoices and reporting for B2C invoices. ZATCA's 25th wave covers taxpayers whose VAT-subject revenue exceeded SAR 187,500 in any year from 2022 to 2025; their integration with the Fatoora platform starts on 1 February 2027.
