We spend 30 minutes on your goals, your users, the systems involved and your constraints. The aim is to agree whether a project build, a dedicated team or an Odoo rollout fits, and what the next step would be.
What should I prepare?
Nothing formal. A few notes help: what you want to build, who will use it, the tools you use today, and any budget range or deadline. Screenshots or links to similar products are useful too.
